BMW E21 heater panel with two air grilles
Here we have on sale a brand new BMW E21 heater panel with two new air grilles for second-generation facelift models from 1979 to 1982.
The set includes:
- One aftermarket heater front panel
- Two remanufactured air grilles
No other internals, flaps, switches, buttons, clamps or knobs are included.
Why replace the heater panel and grilles?
It is very common for the original heater control panel to crack or lose pieces when dismantled. The screws are normally hidden behind the knobs, so they are not easy to see. The original heater panels are over 40 years old and can break like glass.
The panel is made from ABS plastic. It is not 3D printed. The part numbers on the back have been removed, but the panel itself is 100% identical to the original. After manufacture, the orange and white areas are professionally painted.
We also remanufactured both air grilles. A common problem is that the connecting tab on the back snaps, causing the broken grille to tilt down constantly.
Fitment and delivery
This panel is for left-hand-drive BMW E21 models. We currently make it only for EU and US left-hand-drive cars. It will not fit UK or Australian right-hand-drive cars.
Although we are a British company, we have EU stock. If you are located in the EU, no customs fees are payable upon receipt.

Reassembling your BMW E21 heater control panel
You will need to disassemble your old control panel and reassemble it using ours. The video tutorial below guides you through reassembling your HVAC panel with your old parts.
Our pictures show the actual parts. You will receive exactly what you see here.
Heads up: You may find sellers offering used heating control panels described as having no cracks or being in “excellent condition”. They may not remove the knobs for their photos, even though most cracks occur behind the three knobs.
